Free Form Fitness is in the news again!!! What goes around comes around in this world and at Ottawa FFF this is no different. Talk about giving the fitness industry in Ottawa a bad name!!!
They have been selling fake whey protein under the name True Way Supplements to unsuspecting clients and customers for over 3 years and now they are going to court over screwing over one of their loyal business partners, Rob Lagana who was a 40% owner of the Dalhousie location!!!
The word is also out that FFF charges clients $50 for half hour personal training and in turn pays its trainers a low $11 a half hour. It hires trainers with little training experience while exploiting them and their unsuspecting clients in promising them results with no return!!!
Also FFF is a main sponsor of The Ottawa Bodybuilding Show which is a non-tested, steroid/drug show so the fitness industry in Ottawa knows that they don't have the morals/ethics and deserve to be in business.
Don't be fooled by these scam artists and save your money in this tough economy!!! Do your research before hiring a trainer and call the Better Business Bureau as FFF has been blacklisted from the Ottawa fitness industry!!!
